Routines and instructions - part 1 general

This checklist addresses procedures and instructions that the business may need to establish. The checklist is suitable for use by the manager and safety representative during an annual review of the procedures that exist for the work environment work. The checklist asks for two types of documents, i.e. the procedure description itself and so-called reporting documents. Accounting documents refer to documents that are drawn up as a result of the use of the procedure. For example, a documented safety inspection at the office at a given time is an explanatory document from a general routine description of how the business conducts its risk assessments.
