Underage persons
This checklist is suitable for use by managers and safety representatives in connection with minors performing work or when establishing a procedure for minors' work. It can also be used in an annual review of the work environment work. A minor refers to a person under the age of 18. A young child refers to a minor who has not reached the age of 13. Older children refer to minors who are not 13 years of age or older. A young person refers to a minor who has completed compulsory schooling and who turns at least 16 years old during the current calendar year.
