3. Are there action plans for emergencies, e.g. evacuation in the event of a fire, gas leak, tank failure?
4. Are there enough evacuation plans in place?

a) Chosen?
b) Marked with signs that are visible even when it is dark?
c) Free (unblocked)?
d) Can it be opened without a key?
e) At least two in number and independently of each other?
