Organisational and social work environment

Use the checklist to assess the company's compliance with the requirements of the organisational and social work environment, previously known as psychosocial work environment. The checklist covers three areas: workload, scheduling of working hours, and victimisation. Additional checklists are available for specific issues within the organisational and social work environment, including crisis management, threats and violence, and sexual harassment. Additionally, there is an employee survey, the OSA survey, to investigate the organisational and social work environment.
