The checklist is divided into three parts. Part 1 consists of questions from an organizational perspective and does not need to be implemented as frequently, while parts 2 to 4 can be used more regularly, preferably 1-2 times a year.

a) Are there alarm procedures?

b) Is there a list of relatives? (Remember to take GDPR into account.)

a) Do you have procedures for reporting to the Swedish Work Environment Authority for larger projects?

b) Does the building work environment coordinator for planning, design and execution (BAS-P and BAS-U) have sufficient knowledge?

a) Can batteries be charged in a fireproof manner?

b) Are there written instructions for charging and maintaining batteries?

c) Is there adequate ventilation, signage, protective gloves, a fire extinguisher, an eye wash station, and safety glasses available when charging a lead-acid battery?

a) Is there a staff area with access to a washbasin, toilet, and shower?

b) Is it arranged so that changing rooms can be used separately by people of different genders?

c) Can food be cooled and heated?

d) Are there cleaning equipment and routines for the staff area?
