Description	The list is based on the following regulations
This checklist is intended to be used regularly by the manager, safety representative, and employee to check the condition of the car so that drivers and passengers can travel as safely as possible.

Driver's station

2. Are they available?

a) Are you in the driver's seat?
b) On the passenger side?
c) On the pages?
d) At knee height?
4. Is the noise in the passenger compartment below 80 dB while driving?
5. Are they available?
a) Belts?
b) Seat belt warnings? -> Seat belt reminders?
6. Is there storage for the administrative material, e.g. binder, computer, pads, pens?
7. Is the passenger compartment secured to avoid flying obstacles in the event of a collision?
8. Is there functioning interior lighting for administrative work?
9. Is there a reflective vest for use in the event of an incident on the road?
10. Is there the necessary documentation for the car?
a) Certificate of registration?

c) Are you referring to safety data sheets for chemicals?

e) Adapted for the transport of dangerous goods, e.g. fluorescent lamps, chemicals, batteries, gas?
f) Do you have adequate work lighting?
25. Is there a routine for cleaning and clearing the cargo space?
