Description	The list is based on the following regulations
When you contribute personnel resource reinforcement to another organization, you and the receiving workplace have a joint responsibility for the employee's work environment. You and the receiving organization must agree on who is responsible for what. Use the checklist as support in your work to prevent work environment risks when strengthening resources and planning what the joint responsibility should look like between you and the receiving organization. The checklist complements the risk assessment you conduct for your employees. It includes situations and risks specific to the employee that reinforces another organization. The simplified risk assessment that is always included in Prevent's checklists is optional in this checklist.

Before the reinforcement of resources.

3. Has a risk and impact analysis regarding the receiving workplace been prepared together with the safety representative before the resource reinforcement takes place?

5. Have we received sufficient information about what tasks the employee will perform?
6. Have we and the receiving workplace checked that we have the same picture of the knowledge and competence needed?
7. Have we ensured that our employees have the knowledge and competence required for the tasks?
8. Should the employee perform work at the receiving workplace that requires specific training, qualifications, permits or licensing?
9. Have we checked the work environment to ensure that employees are not assigned tasks that go beyond their education, qualifications, permits or credentials?
10. Should the employee perform tasks that require personal protective equipment?
11. Should the employee perform tasks that require a medical check-up?
12. Have we introduced the employee to the tasks he or she will perform and informed about any risks associated with the work at the receiving workplace?
13. Have we informed the employee of who to turn to to ask questions about or point out risks in the work environment at the receiving workplace?
14. Have we informed the employee about what support and contact they can expect from the regular workplace?
15. Have we informed the employee about what support and contact they can expect from the receiving workplace?
16. Have we informed both the receiving workplace and the employee that no tasks that are outside the personnel resource reinforcement may be added without these first being risk assessed and approved by the regular workplace?
17. Have we clearly communicated to the receiving workplace that we must immediately receive information if an accident or serious incident, which must be reported to the Swedish Work Environment Authority, has occurred?
18. Do we have a plan for ongoing dialogue with resource-strengthening employees?
19. Do we have a plan for ongoing dialogue with the receiving workplace?
