Description	The list is based on the following regulations
The checklist has been developed to draw attention to the most common accident risks in this type of work. It is to be used to assess the risks in daily work, including production, tool changes, and attitudes, as well as how to arrange the workplace, handle materials, order, and organization, etc. It can also be used to support an annual review of a workplace. It then provides a well-documented current situation description of the security. The design of the workplace

6. Is it clear who controls and approves the set and setting for a new work?
7. Is the person responsible for approving the set-up and settings adequately trained?

6. Are there any damages or leaks in the components that are part of the clutch and brake system?
7. Are there any other damages, leaks, or the like that may indicate that something is wrong?
8. Is the control equipment functioning properly?
9. Has any function in the control system worked abnormally at any time since the last inspection?
10. Does the press have a burr shear, lockable switch, or lockable control cabinet (for control mode, protection mode, or driving mode)?
a) Are the switch cabinets locked?
b) Is the key securely stored?
11. Are the actuators for two-handed operation located at a sufficient safety distance?
12. Does the emergency stop function?
13. Are touchless guards placed with sufficient safety distances?
14. Are they designed to prevent you from bypassing the guards?
15. Is there a special reset device if a restart must take place after the protective device has stopped the ongoing closing movement?
16. Is the machine reversible?
17. Does everyone know how to rescue someone if they get stuck in the machine?
18. Are shielding guards installed to provide sufficient protection?
19. Is interlocking available and does interlocking work on shielding protection where needed?

Supervision, maintenance, and control.
