This checklist is aimed at all security companies, regardless of the type of security business they have. The checklist is completed as a first step out of three. Checklists for steps two and three, as well as more detailed instructions on how to use these, can be found at www.prevent.se/branschtjanster/bevakning.	AFS 2023:1 §7

Organisation, cooperation (between employers and employees) and systematic work environment management

3. Are there specific provisions regarding who the safety representatives are in the workplace and which members are part of the safety committee?
4. Does the work environment work, including purchases and changes, take place within the framework of cooperation (between employers and employees) with the employee and safety representative?
5. Is the purchase of vehicles adapted with a reasonable balance between safety, comfort, and ergonomics in relation to the task and the individual?
6. Is there a designated person responsible for coordinating work environment issues at each customer object?
7. Are there functioning on-call command and control preparedness and procedures?
8. Is there an updated list of relatives?
9. Are there clear and functioning routines for scheduling, holiday planning, and vacancy resolution?
10. Are there provisions for access to occupational health services and agreements on support for crisis management with both resources for the job and functioning routines?
11. Is the organisational and social work environment examined with the help of Prevent's OSA survey or equivalent?
12. If a security subcontractor is hired, is it agreed that they work under the same work environment conditions as the hiring company's staff?
13. Are there enough trained staff to enable vacancy resolution, job rotation, and recovery?
14. Is Prevent's checklist on personal protective equipment taken into account when purchasing it?
15. Are there procedures for internal control?

20. Do procedures and resources exist to support and rehabilitate employees who have experienced an incident, injury, ill health, or sick leave?
21. Is there a procedure in place for ordering that addresses work environment risks in the event of rapidly occurring additional orders?
22. Are there procedures in the ordering process that inquire about work environment risks that may arise before the surveillance assignments?
23. Are there relevant work environment policies for the business accessible to all employees?
24. Are the rules for the possible use of vehicle positioning (GPS) GDPR compliant and have they been decided in cooperation (between employers and employees) with the safety representative?
25. Is the publication "Body-worn equipment and basic procedure for security personnel" by BYA taken into account when choosing its location?
26. Is there a written vehicle and road safety policy?
27. Are there established procedures for the onboarding of new employees, substitutes, and in the event of changes in tasks?
