Prevents checklists

Objectives - procedures and instructions

This checklist addresses procedures and instructions that the business may need to establish. The checklist asks for two types of documents: the procedure description itself and so-called reporting documents. Reporting documents refer to documents that result from the use of the procedure. For example, a documented safety inspection at the workplace at a given time is an accounting document resulting from the routine of how the business conducts its risk assessments.
