1. Are there established procedures for maintaining and cleaning staff areas?
2. Are the staff rooms free of objects and furnishings that can hinder the function of the facilities?
3. Can valuables be locked up?
4. Is there a suitable place to store private clothes?
5. Are work clothes stored separately from private clothes if there is a risk that they are contaminated by chemicals, infection, strong odors or the like?
6. Are there facilities for changing clothes and showering available for employees who may get dirty or sweaty during work?
7. Is there a separate shower room adjacent to the changing room?
8. Are there separate changing rooms and showers for men and women?
9. Are there enough space, seating, and mirrors in the changing room?
10. Are there enough showers?
11. Can clothes or shoes that get wet while working in the clothing areas be dried?
12. Is there equipment available to rinse off boots if necessary?
13. Are there enough washbasins?
14. Do all washbasins have hot and cold water?
15. Are there enough toilets for the employees working at the same time?
16. Do all toilets have functioning locks?
17. Are there established procedures for restocking toilet paper, soap, paper napkins, and emptying trash cans?

19. Is there a suitable dining area as well as a refrigerator, heating device, and dishwashing facilities for those who have brought food?

21. Can a suitable place for temporary rest be easily set up?
22. Is there a special rest room in a larger workplace?
23. Is the rest area comfortable and undisturbed with the possibility of lying down?
